CCKM recognizes the
media’s important contributions to informing the public about
policy issues, and the various perspectives on and the evidence
pertinent to those policy issues. CCKM mobilises knowledge to
inform the discussion about social, educational, and health
policy issues.
The media also bring the
results of publicly-supported research to the decisions
individuals make in their everyday lives. CCKM provides examples and assistance for
translating research findings to radio, television, print, and
other forms of public presentations. Media examples are linked on CCKM Product pages
under the title, "In the News."
