CCKM SPOTLIGHTS provide policy analysts and practitioners with one-page summaries of the research evidence. SPOTLIGHTS link research cited in CCKM Reviews of Evidence to the user's application. 

Based on the intended application (policy or program development, funding proposals, etc.), journal articles are selected and SPOTLIGHTED following a CCKM Protocol & Template. The right-hand column presents the journal citation and abstract, followed by a CCKM summary of relevance to the user's application, and relevant key quotes. The left-hand column is identical on all SPOTLIGHTS: The Review of Evidence Question is stated, the Application of the research is identified, and characteristics of the Literature Search and its outcomes are listed. The Summary of SPOTLIGHTS ties the selected research to the user’s application.
